Went to front office to request a room change. Staff states they have no other rooms available. Staff did offer a refund after a long conversation ”

“Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub, and I even called ahead to confirm the pool was open before booking. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was ice cold and not circulating. In the room, the electronic window shades didn’t work, so we couldn’t raise them at all. “We truly enjoyed our time in the house in Enid! Communication was great with Brooke! The house was clean and beautiful and had all that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We did not use the kitchen other than for coffee which was provided! We had many events so we did not need to cook but it was stocked if we needed to. It is in a great residential location and close to Vance AFB and to everything in Enid. We highly recommend it!!”
